Sharp End – Build Confidence, Embrace Fear
Join me and Jarad Stiles, AMGA certified guide for 3 days of intensive working with confidence, fear and Sharp End.
We are offering structured work with unknown fear, known fear and the fear of failure. In climbing you could loosely connect those to on-sight, scary redpoint – repeat, and climbing in a limelight.
The skills you will take from this workshop will be applicable in your climbing as well as your day to day life. If at the end of the workshop you feel you did not progress, you will get your money back.
We will use fall practice as the main vehicle for building up confidence. All the practice will be on trad gear. Video analysis will be used to fine tune your way of progressing on the wall.
Who are you?
You are trad climber that wants to climb with confidence and trust above your own placements. You want to expand the pool of strategies to approach different climbs and feel invigorated rather than drained by climbing on a Sharp End.
